My mission is to aid organizations and their stakeholders in maximizing their value through the adoption of digital technologies.

My sole objective is to effectively address the complexities of change, devoid of unnecessary embellishments or jargon, ensuring no one is left behind.
My Story
My career trajectory began in a medium-sized industrial firm before transitioning swiftly to IT consulting in the mid-1990s.
With over 15 years of experience spanning IT consulting, project management, and leadership, including nearly 7 years as a board member, I found my true calling in 2014, focusing on change and transformation.

After experiencing major learning curves between entrepreneurial successes and challenges for myself and my clients, my focus has shifted in recent years: in order to survive successfully and sustainably as a company in a transformation, it is not only important to understand the organisation as a whole in terms of its structural and process organisation, but also in terms of the groups working inside.
After all, some of these groups have developed their very own culture and therefore also their own individual willingness to transform, which can either favour or oppose change.
