At Renewalist we got used to not even only measure the performance value by evaluating program KPIs like the Expected Output Effectiveness or Net Promoter Score, we, moreover, are open to be measured against the referring achievements and even link parts of our remuneration to the achievement of predefined KPI targets.

In concrete terms: after having successfully transitioned the referring digital transformation project or even program, a continuous performance monitoring of the defined value achievmements will be implemented and used for running a sustainable process quality management.

Before starting the next waves of digital transformation it is essentiell to establish a robust feedback loop with stakeholders, users, and relevant teams is crucial for identifying any issues, challenges, or areas for improvement promptly. This involves creating channels for open communication, gathering insights on user experiences, and addressing concerns or suggestions in a timely manner.
